To start any wine with our in store brewing you are required, by law, to be here at the store! As we prepare to start your wine kit we have a simple customer agreement form for you to fill out. After the paperwork is filled out we can start the process of making your wine. You are required to add the yeast to start the fermentation process and then, depending on the kit you have chosen, it will take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks before it is ready to bottle.
When we notify you that your wine is ready for bottling you are required to come in and fill your bottles. One of our staff members will always be available to assist you during this process. In total, it will take no more than half an hour to bottle your wine using our Enolmatic filler which is able to fill 4 bottles at once.
Corks are included in our brew on site fees. If you would like to purchase labels, shrink caps, or need to buy bottles, that can be done on bottling day. If you have your own bottles saved up we can certainly use those as well. We will first make sure your bottles are clean and sanitized before they are used for your new wine.
